You’ll hear the words “MVP” thrown around a lot in the update this week. It stands for “Minimum Viable Product”, and it’s a way for us to define what “success” means for each initiative. More to come on this later :)
Also, our next meeting isn’t until Dec 8th, so you won’t see an update over the Thanksgiving holidays because a bunch of us are enjoying turkey.

- Fleshing out MVP for this project
- Encouraging work on HTML 5 issues related to language, some changes already landed
- IRC meeting last week, discussed module breakdown
- Twitter calls to action and reaching out to get new blood on the initiative
- Moving steadily towards establishing a language.module. Core issues being above thresholds and locale module updates not being tested are/were in the way.
- Worked with good_man and David Rothstein on installer language selection UI. Putting down our first version and breaking out some of the advanced stuff to follow up patches.

- Work with rvilar and others to extend locale upgrade tests, so we can move on with language.module establisment

- Worked on MVP for Jacine and Larry. REALLY good progress here. Lots of good conversations about WSCCI - need to better articulate this initiative to the community. Further - trying to arrange a "code-in" between Boston and PDX.
- PM meeting where we discussed the status of documentation and worked on harmonizing our drafts
